Growing up just outside Boston, Claire was born into a real estate and construction family. After seven years in advertising, Claire returned to her real estate roots and began building a boutique vacation rental company on Nantucket with her husband, Justin. What began as a side project has now become a full-time job booking and managing rentals.

Summering on Nantucket since 1988, Justin’s identity has been formed by the island and its community. Growing up, he worked at the ‘Sconset Market; in his late teens he started a surf school, ‘Sconset Surf, which he sold before joining Boston’s tech industry, where he’s been for the past 11 years.
Justin and Claire have spent the last six years growing their boutique rental business into some of the most desirable luxury rentals on Nantucket. Their combined knowledge of Nantucket makes them an ideal team for families and couples looking for the modern Nantucket experience. In 2020, Justin decided to apply his knowledge gained through HTH and apply it to building one-of-a-kind development homes.
With HTH, Justin and Claire intend to share the island experience they’ve built, bearing deep ties to both the summer and year-round communities. They’re deeply committed to showing up for Nantucket: Justin’s currently the youngest trustee of the Nantucket Boys and Girls Club, and Claire the two-time chair of the infamous Tim Russert Summer Groove. You can often find Justin, Claire, & their daughter Maisie driving from site to site in their 1970 FJ-40, Taco.
