The dining area connects the living room to a chef’s kitchen built for entertaining, with honed granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a pine-top kitchen island. Separate laundry room off the kitchen.

The second floor includes a large master suite with walk-out balcony, walk-in closet and en suite bath with large shower and separate soaking tub. Second bedroom and en suite bath with shower, walk-in closet, and second laundry.

Two additional bedrooms with en suite baths are located on the ground floor. The ground level “master” features a king bed; the second bedroom has two twins.  A large, tiled living room with custom ping pong table, flat screen TV, and seating area joins the bedrooms, and opens onto a brick courtyard with stairs to the pool.
